How it's made

Slow yogurt, done properly.

Step 1: Milk
We start with skimmed milk and add milk solids for extra protein.
Step 2: Culture
Live cultures go in, and it sets slowly in gentle warmth.
Step 3: Strain
We strain out the whey for hours until it's dense and creamy.
Step 4: Jar
Packed into glass jars and chilled straight away.
